Aditya Rainbow Hospital celebrated World Prematurity Day
On 17/11/2018 Aditya Rainbow Hospital celebrated World Prematurity Day. It’s celebrated worldwide to spread awareness about Prematurity, care available and outcomes. We at Aditya Rainbow hospital celebrated it with families of Preterm babies discharged from Aditya Newborn care Unit over last 5-6 years. All these babies were extreme preterm with birth weight less than 1500 grams & were very sick at birth. The Pediatricians in Sangli, Dr. Amit Tagare talked about care of preterm babies. Relatives of discharged patients shared their experiences. They appreciated NICU team for dedication and quality care. Relatives expressed willingness to help families whose babies are admitted in NICU. This will be dawn of Parent Support Group.
